Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) all major
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience are welcome to apply
- Have good negotiation skills
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct stock projections with the Distribution Planning team to support the pull system method.
- Maintain stock accuracy and evaluate Delivery Orders vs Fulfillment to ensure case fill.
- Ensure on-time delivery processes (CFOT – Case Fill On Time).
- Ensure billing processes align with the Terms of Payment and conduct payment evaluations. The branch accountant will determine credit limits for each store.
- Monitor Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Improve operational activities at the Distribution Center (5R, layouting, security, procurement of DC facilities, office legality, team member legality, etc.).
- Monitor people-related matters (fraud issues, productivity, etc.).
